Arrive at Vista Mundo, settle into your sanctuary, and sync your nervous system with the primary frequency of the jungle. A day for intentional unwinding & rest before the deep work begins.

Your 72 hour roadmap

Day 1 - Release

The Work: Identifying personal and ancestral survival patterns and releasing them through group release work.

Evening: Ancestral Clearing.

Day 2 - Reboot

The Work: Forgiving your "Protector" and re-tasking your inner child from Protection to Play. Evening: Heart-Brain Coherence.

Day 3 - Evolve

The Work: Somatic Forest Immersion and anchoring your new persona into the body. Evening: The Frequency Circle.
